Intuition: Our Connection to Higher-Being, Well-Being and a Joyful Life
“My teaching is meditation. Meditation means to me, witnessing on three levels: action of the body, thoughts of the mind, feelings of the heart. Once a person becomes aware of these three things, the fourth step happens on its own accord. A quantum leap, suddenly he is at his very center, which is his life, deathless life. You can call it his spirit, his being, and it is the greatest bliss in existence. There is nothing above it.” ~Osho
Body. Soul. Mind > Spirit. There are four primary components to our existence: our body; our soul; our mind; and our spirit. Or rather: our physical being, or emotions, our thoughts and the eternal, timeless core being of the spirit. This is life as a human being. On the temporal level, we live and die — along with our changing minds and emotions; on the eternal level, we exist as part of vast, endless unity for which there are few words. God, is one of them.
It is this final component, our spirit, that is our true being. The identities we create, with our bodies, hearts and minds, are assumed as part of a great process of transformation — a process which allows the spirit to be, at once, eternal and personal. Our task is to learn how to do that in balance. Our journey is the process of creating well-being for ourselves as both a personal being and a spiritual being. In us, God is witness to itself. It is for our own good, and for the good of the Universe, to bring joy, peace and love to that act of witnessing.
How? The key to creating this balanced holism is our Intuition. The evolving elements of the body, soul and mind are connected to the unchanging, eternal Spirit with our mechanism of Inner Guidance — our Intuition.
intuition: noun 1: the power or faculty of attaining to direct knowledge or cognition without evident rational thought and inference
When we use our Intuition, we just know. We don’t rationalize. We don’t use our emotions. We become one with all that is in the moment and, therefore, we become also at one with all that has been, or will come to be. Intuitive awareness is a gift for some, and a developed way of living for others. But, either way, it is the crucial gateway to our inner evolution and the positive transformation of life on this planet.
Intuition is the supra-logic that cuts out all the routine processes of thought and leaps straight from the problem to the answer. ~ Robert Graves

Hello,
I am nearing 64yrs. of age and have been trying to communicate but just can’t seem to “get with it.” I absolutely enjoy your “Psychic workshop” and am reading it for the 4th time. Have you written anything else that I might use to hopefully assist me on my journey.
I have had some contact with some of my family that has crossed over but would like more direct one to one connection. Any suggestions?
Getting to “that place” in my mind seems very difficult.
Thanks for your book and hopefully you have more I can read.
I truly believe in this and pray I can be successful before too much longer.
Kitty

Hi Kitty~ Thank you for your comments. This process is different for everyone, and they key is finding out what works for you, and your specific sensibilities ~ there will be more to come on this soon, but in the meantime a great companion book to this is “The Power of Now” by Echkart Tolle. It does not deal with Intuition specifically, but it teaches you to find your inner ‘presence,’ which is the state most conducive to Intuitive living. If you have not read this book, I highly recommend it. Namaste, xo
